HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
You may call the office at 864-855-1777 or go to the front page of this site and hit the "SCHEDULE" button. PLEASE NOTE: Mondays are open in the ANDERSON OFFICE only!
IS THERE A CHARGE?
Yes. We do not accept any insurance payments. We can provide you an invoice for reimbursement. Because we do not accept insurance payments, we can offer our services at a reduced rate. We charge $50 per 50 minute session or $40 for a 30 minute session. Most insurance companies' co-pay would be equivalent to these charges. Your needs dictate the length of session you may require. Please note: this is a non-profit ministry - we will work with you!
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We understand that it is becoming more difficult to make these types of appointments during your regular work hours. If needed, we will schedule around your work schedule to find a time that meets your need.
WILL PEOPLE KNOW I AM SEEING YOU?
Only if you tell! Confidentiality is sacred at THE POTTER'S HOUSE. What is going on in your life is between you, your counselor, and God. You will never have to worry about your information being shared.
DO YOU WORK WITH CHILDREN?
Yes. 1/3 of our clients are children and teens. Their needs are just as important as an adult. They usually require less time during the appointment. If we cannot help, we have several referral sources that may.
